There are no variations or curiosities known for any of the above shown material.

 

Printers proofs, these were printed on a larger piece of paper, according to Dominique Bilmans they could be unique, or printed in sets of two, four or maximum 6.

The no’s 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, the other no’s may not exist.

Note: it would be a very helpful if someone has another series, to come forward with this.
