Belgian Congo/R.U. Colis stamps

Apparently made for the use in the Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Urundi. Probably made around 1950 for parcel post. I have no proof that they were actually ever distributed and used, therefore I would like to invite anybody who has information to share that with us.
