Remark: the white border around these stamps is much larger when cut from a side, top, bottom or corner of a sheet.

 

 

There are four perforated and four imperforated blocks, each (4x) with a different center:

Apparently there are four non-issued blocks, all with a center the text “Royaume du Burundi”. They are lacking the overprint, here shown two examples from a center without and with the overprint. If you hold it against a light, you can see that they are overprinted.
