Issued in occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Born in Salzburg, Austria, 27 January 1756. He died in Vienna, 5 December 1791.

Son of Leopold Mozart and Anna Maria Pertl. Wolfgang began composing minuets at the age of 5 and symphonies at 9. He became one of the most composers of Western musical history.

The text in Latin on no 340 “Elisabeth Artium Patrona”, refers to Queen Elisabeth as Patronage of art.
